MY LOCKER LAUNDRY SERVICES

1. How do I place my laundry in the locker?

Please proceed to the locker location nearest to you.

You can drop off your clothes in any empty locker of your choice. Close the locker, press * and enter any 4 digit code, and press # to confirm the number and lock. Input your Order through the App.

2. How do I place my order?

  1. Simply download My Locker Laundry app (link to download page)
  2. Select the type of laundry service (Dry Clean & Iron, Wash & Iron or Load Wash & Fold)
  3. Select Normal or Express & add a laundry note if any
  4. Done!

3. How do I inform you all to take note of a particular stain on my laundry?

Don’t worry. Our professional inspection team would have noticed it during their inspection and know how to treat it properly. However, if you want to be extra sure, you are always welcome to inform us via the laundry note option on the app, or simply write a note on a piece of paper and put it together with your laundry. Feel free to let us know the spot and the source of the stain too.

4. Which locker should I deposit my clothes in? Will my clothes be returned to the same locker?

You can deposit your clothes in any empty locker of your choice.

Once your clothes are fresh and cleaned, we will deliver your clothes back to any empty locker in the same location. You will be notified of the locker number and a four digit code via SMS and email so that you can unlock the locker.

5. How do I separate my clothes for different laundry services?

We provide three types of laundry services: Dry Clean, Wash & Iron or Wash & Fold.

If one of the laundry services selected is Wash & Fold, please put the laundry for Wash & Fold in another separate empty locker (you will be prompted by the app to do so).

Once your clothes are fresh and cleaned, we will deliver your clothes back to any empty locker in the same location. You will be notified of the locker number and a four digit code via SMS and email so that you can unlock the locker.

6. Is my laundry safe?

Absolutely! Only you and our designated My Locker Laundry employee has the key to access the locker you choose.

7. How much time do I have to pick up the clothes after it has arrived at the locker?

Once your clothes are fresh and cleaned, we will deliver your clothes back to the locker in the same location. At the same time, you will receive notification of the locker number and a four digit code via SMS and email. You have 2 days to remove the clothes from your locker so that your neighbours are able to use the locker for their laundry.

8. What if I don’t have time to pick up my clothes from the locker?

If you don’t pick up your clothes within 48 hours, we will bring your laundry back and store at our facility. You can text us at 9122-9474 or email us at: cs@mylockerlaundry.com to schedule a re-delivery date back to the locker. When your scheduled re-delivery date arrives, we will place your clean clothes back inside the locker and inform you via SMS and email the locker number and a four digit code to unlock your locker.

In the situation that we don’t receive your request within 30 days, we will donate your clothes to the MINDS (Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore) or The Salvation Army to help the less fortunate and save the environment. We strongly encourage you pick up your clothes within 2 days when they arrive.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

1. What is My Locker Laundry credits?

You can purchase My Locker Laundry Credits in advance to save you more time. Credits will be automatically deducted from your account for your laundry bill, and you will get 10% free credits EVERYTIME you purchase $80 credits and above.

2. How long does it take to get my clothes back?

We understand you have a busy schedule and need back the clothes immediately. We work hard to have a fast turnaround but we always put quality above expediency. Some garments may need a little more time (e.g. to remove a stubborn stain) and may hold up the rest of the order. Our average turnaround time is 4 working days (excluding the day that you put your laundry inside the locker) for Normal order and 2 working days (excluding the day that you put your laundry inside the locker) for Express order.

3. I put my laundry in my locker. How & when do I pay for it?

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to clean your clothes! Once we have collected and inspected your items, you will be able to see the total bill in your account via My Locker Laundry app. If you have sufficient credits in your account, we will deduct the credits and proceed with the wash.

If you do not have sufficient credits in your account, you will be prompted to top up. Once you have topped up, we will be notified the next working day and will proceed with the wash. It is advisable that you ensure that you have sufficient credits before every wash so that there will not be any delays.

4. Will my credit balance ever expire?

Any balance (regardless of value) that is active at least once every 90 days can be carried forward.

Therefore, when you use your service at least once every 90 days, your credits will NEVER expire! :)

5. What if the total number of items reflected in the bill is not the same as the number of items that I drop off inside the locker?

Once we have collected and inspected your items, you will received an email from us detailing the total quantity and bill. In the event that there is a discrepancy, please contact us at 9122-9474 or email us at cs@mylockerlaundry.com . Please note that if such contact is not made within 12 hours of receiving this email, we kindly ask for your understanding that we reserve the right to deem such the quantity and bill as shown in the email as final.

6. I have some special requirements. What do I need to do?

We want to listen! We would love to customize your order just the way you’d like it! Let us know your special requirements by sending an SMS to us at 9122-9474 and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. You can also take photos of your beloved garments and whatsapp to us at 9122-9474, so that we know exactly what to look out for.

7. Why My Locker Laundry charges only $4.50 for dry cleaning a men’s dress shirt while my neighbourhood store charges $7.00? Is it good quality?

My Locker Laundry services are inexpensive because our entire process is designed that way. From laundry collection to transportation or from accounting to packaging is organized to minimize expenses. Low prices are the cornerstone of our business. The basic thinking behind all our services is to provide laundry and dry cleaning services to everyone.

We are able to provide quality cleaning services at a low price because we require you to do a bit of work. Instead of relying on your neighbourhood uncle/auntie to issue you an invoice and collect a payment, you place an order through our app on your personal smartphone. Invoices are generated automatically and the payment is done electronically.

In this way, we no longer need to pay a high rental to our landlord or hire someone to sit at the counter to wait for the next customer. Additionally, our delivery team can transport the laundry during non-peak hours because our lockers are accessible 24/7, thus avoiding ERP or peak hour charges.

The savings is substantial! And we simply pass our saving back to you so that we can offer the most attractive pricing to make professional laundry and dry cleaning services available for everyone.

8. I have never used my locker laundry services before. What do I need to do?

Thank you for choosing our service! First thing you will need to do is to register through our app. It’s free and you will only need to do this once. Once you are registered, simply drop off your dirty clothes in any empty locker at your apartment. Then place your order via My Locker Laundry app. Then you leave the dirty work to us. We will pick up the clothes, process them and send you a text and email when they are ready to be picked up.

MY LOCKER LAUNDRY REBATE

1. Do I qualify for My Locker Laundry Rebate?

All My Locker Laundry customers qualify for our Rebate program (with the exception of our staff, partners and business clients).

2. How do I earn My Locker Laundry Rebate?

You will earn Rebate instantly and all year long whenever you send your clothes for dry cleaning or laundry and make at least $20 per transaction (excluding the purchase of credits).

3. How much Rebate will I earn every time?

You will earn 5% My Locker Laundry Rebate on all your spending when you make at least $20 per transaction. For example, when your laundry bill is $48.00, you will earn $2.40 (5% of $48.00) rebate.

4. How do I redeem My Locker Laundry Rebate?

It’s easy! For your next wash, the rebate will be automatically deducted first prior to deduct the bill from your personal credit account.
